Meet
Baillie Woydziak
I am passionate about seeing people find hope and obtain the success they are looking for. I team together with my clients while they work to overcome issues including anxiety, depression, school/work stress, family conflict, life transitions, and more.
Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you are returning to therapy, taking the step to initiate self-growth is courageous and valuable. I have been working with adolescents and adults professionally since in 2014. In conjunction with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I utilize tools from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and other therapy modalities to provide an individualized treatment plan best for you. With prior experience working in education, home-based health care, and Children’s Mercy Hospital, I bring a personal philosophy of self-empowerment, resiliency and a strengths-based perspective to my practice.
There are many therapists and counselors with different training available, but above all, it is important to find one you trust and connect with. My goal is to make the process as comfortable and effective as possible as we build a trusting, therapeutic relationship. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
