Meet the Therapists
Meet
Jen Simon
Hi, I’m Jen Simon, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Kansas and Missouri. I’ve been providing mental health support since earning my degree from the University of Kansas in 2006, where I focused on mental health treatment.
I specialize in working with older teens and adults who are seeking greater self-awareness, personal growth, and a stronger connection to their authentic selves. Many of the individuals I work with are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-confidence, people-pleasing patterns, difficulty setting healthy boundaries, or a desire to create a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
My approach focuses on helping clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, values, and behavioral patterns so they can make intentional choices that align with who they truly are. Together, we can explore what may be holding them back, strengthen self-trust, and develop practical skills for creating healthier relationships, improving communication, and establishing boundaries that support their well-being.
Whether you are working through a specific challenge or simply seeking greater clarity and purpose, my goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and encouraged to become the most authentic version of yourself. My therapeutic style is supportive, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I believe that growth occurs when individuals feel empowered to understand themselves more deeply and live in alignment with their values.
If you are looking for a therapist who is compassionate, practical, and committed to helping you cultivate healthy boundaries, meaningful relationships, and personal growth, I would be honored to work with you.

Meet
Baillie Woydziak
Hi, I’m Baillie Woydziak. I’m passionate about helping people find hope, build confidence, and achieve the success they’re looking for. I work collaboratively with my clients to address a variety of challenges, including anxiety, OCD, depression, school or work stress, family conflict, life transitions, and more.
Whether you’re seeking therapy for the first time or returning to it, taking that first step toward growth is both courageous and meaningful. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and complemented by tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based practices. This allows me to create a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
My background includes experience in education, home-based healthcare, and at Children’s Mercy Hospital. These experiences have shaped my belief in the power of self-empowerment, resilience, and a strengths-based approach to healing.
There are many therapists to choose from, but the most important part of therapy is finding someone you feel comfortable with and can trust. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. If you have any questions or would like to learn more, I welcome you to reach out.
